Responsiveness got a low score due to the fact that the contact person cannot receive or send out non-military email. My mother had to go to the reception venue in person to look over the contract.

We were able to decorate for the reception at any time the day of our wedding. The guest tables were laid out professionally, along with the skirted tables for the cake, gifts/guest book and h'ordouvres.

The food was very good. We chose the salmon with pecan coating and butter dill sauce; plus ham with pineapple as our main courses, baby carrots, rice pilaf and seasoned corn as our side dishes, along with a tossed salad, & rolls. I requested a specific brand of Ranch dressing due to MSG allergy and they complied without any hesitency.
