We rented out the entire property for 3 days for our destination wedding with 35 friends and family. We had some family staying at the Marriott hotel just a short walking distance and the rest were on the property. Since we live in CA we were planning everything from afar without a planner and I can tell you that this property is even more beautiful in person than pictures do it justice.
We loved that each villa was very clean and fully equipped so our friends and family felt like they had their own space but we could all come together on the beach or in the common areas like under the lighted patio. There is also an outside tv that worked perfectly for playing our rehearsal dinner slideshow.
We paid a $2100 event fee for the wedding day but had parties each night grilling out so it was well worth it.
Since it was a March wedding, there were rain showers the first two nights on the property but we were able to hang out under the patio and we also rented a tent. We got super lucky that on the actual wedding day it didn’t rain at all and we even saw humpback whales breaching in the water right in front of the property! it was amazing.
I would highly recommend TMV for any brides that are looking for a property to have an intimate wedding with family and friends all staying in one place, where you can DIY the whole thing like we did with the help of other amazing vendors like Keneke’s restaurant and Waiahole Nursery for food and flowers, and Costco for alcohol, and Mersadi Olson Photography

The property was absolutely perfect for our 15 guest wedding. All guests stayed at the villas with us. The landscaping was gorgeous with the exception of the 2 dozen chickens roaming around from next door and the 6+ stray cats roaming around trying to get into the houses. During the wedding they took in the cats and scattered the chickens so they did not intervene. They decorated the arch for us to get married under with an amazing ocean background. They have a great space with string lighting for the reception and a covered patio area for a rain plan. All vendors have to be approved by them, but this was not a problem. It was great that we got to bring our own alcohol rather than have to hire a bar tender. We saved a lot of money using Tiki Moon Villas all around. If you are a DIY family then this is the perfect spot. As this was a destination wedding we could mail some boxes to the villas rather than traveling with them. With our budget, we couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Great place to have a wedding. Ray & Azlina are nice, helpful & respond quickly to emails. It was great to have someone to ask questions to throughout the planning process, especially since we planned from the mainland. We never saw the property but the youtube videos & description from owners made it very possible to plan from afar.
The biggest negative is in order to have an event you’re required to rent a minimum of 5 villas for 3 nights. That's OK, especially since it does reserve the common areas for you, but on top of that they make you pay a venue fee. We feel you shouldn’t have to pay the fee in addition to renting 5 villas, especially because you still need to rent tables, chairs, lighting, etc. to have an event.
You need to provide lighting because there isn’t any in the main area. You aren’t allowed to move the arch to the beach so we had to build our own. They let you send a few packages to them right before your event. Unfortunately, even though we weren’t sending anything else to them, they wouldn’t allow us to send a package of bamboo as it was long. The beach was small even at low tide so we had to have everyone stand instead of sit on the beach & place the arch to the side instead of in front of the ocean so the pictures weren’t as good (villa in background instead of ocean) but we did see that before booking. There is unsightly concrete that juts out on the beach which is unfortunate for pictures.
You need a permit if you want to get married on the beach & need event insurance. Villas are well equipped w/ many items including kitchenware. They give you a list of vendors which is very helpful & live on the property if you need anything.
Amazing to wake up to the sound of the ocean. Scenery was beautiful. Many fun things to do. Great to spend a weekend with family & friends. Had a BBQ using their outdoor area.
We had the greatest wedding weekend & are so glad we chose it as our venue. Hope to go back for an anniversary.
