My sons baseball pictures were horrible. White spots all over picture and a red dot on my son face.

I did not have a good nor professional experience w/ this company. I paid for pictures beforehand online & on picture day my child's individual picture was not even taken. Rep I spoke to did not give me options on what could be done to correct situation. Honestly didn't seem like he cared, as most of us parents really want the picture(s) to capture a memory. Blamed the picture not being taken on my child. I mentioned it would help if they have a list of who's paid for pictures therefore who needs their pic taken. Rep stated they did have a list... but honestly I don't know what for if they're not going to use it to photograph the paid customer(s). I am not receiving a full refund due to my child "no showing".
