Experience
Founder Sophie Stich is no stranger to the hospitality industry, as she began working in restaurants as teenager in her hometown Madison, Wisconsin. She gained additional experience in retail and bars, while truly grasping the elements to make a hospitality business thrive. After graduating from college, Sophie continued to strengthen the marketing and branding skill sets to fuel her passion to launch her own business. Toastworthy was born while Sophie was unemployed and it grew from a side project to a full-fledged specialty rentals venture.
