Tom's Town is the first legal distillery in downtown Kansas City since Prohibition. Whether you have 30 guests or 200, Tom's Town art deco event spaces can make your wedding event an unforgettable one for you and your guests.

We offer two event spaces. The Rickenbacker Room on the second floor can accommodate up to 200 guests, and the Pendergast Lounge, on the ground floor, is a more intimate, speakeasy setting complete with a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Our event spaces are perfect for all your wedding events: weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and bachelor parties!

Post Rehearsal Get-Together

My husband and I had such a lovely experience with Tom's Town for our post-rehearsal gathering. The Pendergast Lounge was perfect for the amount of people that we had and the quality of the food and drinks were raved about by our guests. They even packed up the food that didn't get eaten for us (which some places will not even entertain so it meant a lot to us). The serving staff was very friendly and attentive. On the event side, Britney made the entire process very smooth and was even willing to accommodate a few off-season menu requests. Your wedding weekend is stressful enough and so I think that it's really important to relax a bit at least one of the days, this was totally that opportunity to experience that. Thanks Tom Town!
