We are uniquely positioned to coordinate your traditional New Orleans wedding ceremony in Armstrong park, a public park that honors the jazz great Louis Armstrong. (https://www.neworleans.com/listing/louis-armstrong-park/32549/ After a light reception in the park, you will “second line” in which the couple and wedding party take a position up front. A brass band plays some beats that gets everyone dancing and moving, The strutting revelers who fall in behind are referred to as the second line. The leaders of the parade carry decorated umbrellas, while the other participants shake handkerchiefs while they dance 3 blocks to your reception at Treme Market Branch Event Venue.
Treme Market Branch Event Venue is a historical former bank building. We boast 3 large picturesque windows, 21 foot high ceilings and a gorgeous chandelier. Being a full service venue, we have food and bar packages available.
