So glad we used Trendy Owl photobooth! Although a bit pricier than other photobooth options, this mirror photobooth really elevated our wedding to a whole other level and I have to say our guests LOVED it. It is so much more interactive than other booths and since it is an open concept, everyone that walks by wants to join in on the fun as well! Very happy with communicating with them and working with options throughout the whole process.

We booked trendy owl for our wedding in October 29th in Puerto Rico and we’re definitely disappointed. The photo booth mirror is pretty and unique but for the price they are charging it is not worth it. They use a $200 printer you can buy anywhere to print the pictures which took a long time to print and people walked away before they got to take their pictures.We got the deluxe package which was supposed to have a photographer for 2 hours and let’s just say he took about 20 pictures in those two hours. We were also supposed to get custom emojis to be used but they claimed they never got our follow up images which I have sent in the email. They told us they would refund us $25 for these issues meanwhile this cost us over $1600 for this service. It’s beyond disappointing that a service we paid so much for we did not get the quality and service we expected for that kind of money. Very upset this is how it went down for our wedding. We reached out to them and they basically said it is what it is and they won’t be refunding us for the lack of service. Do yourself a favor and book a regular photo booth that has the proper equipment and better service
