Troiani's European Bakery is a family-owned business located in the South Bay - just outside of Los Angeles - in Redondo Beach, CA. We currently offer custom cake and dessert catering services only. Meet the Chefs...

Christopher "CJ" Troiani

Chef CJ has been interested in cooking - with a passion for desserts - for many years. CJ had originally entered the workforce as a software engineer and web developer, however a turn of events permitted him to follow his dreams of becoming a pastry chef. He had begun creating masterful cakes for various parties and events. To further his expertise and further pursue his goals, CJ decided to attend the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California. He graduated with High Honors from the Pâtisserie and Baking program in 2012. Since graduation, CJ's art - in the form of beautiful, inspired & tasty desserts - is consistantly on display at Troiani's European Bakery and he thrives to insure people are having the best dessert experience they've had in their lifetime.

Tasha Serchia-Troiani

Chef Tasha has a strong background in art. Throughout her life, she has expressed herself through various forms of art. In 2010, Tasha expanded her art horizon to include the art of baking, cake decoration and dessert preparation & plating. Tasha attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California and graduated with High Honors from the Pâtisserie and Baking program in 2012. Since graduation, Tasha has dedicated herself to ensuring Troiani's European Bakery provides the perfection in execution required to meet and exceed our high standards for everything that comes out of our kitchen.
