Brunch Wedding

We had the most perfect reception in the Sky Terrace. Everyone looooved the food and thought the waffle cake was so unique. The weather was perfect for the rooftop and people were able to hangout outside as well.

Everything I Dreamt

Tulsa Club Hotel was simply the best! The event coordination, catering and bar managers were all great and were very flexible in working with what we were looking for. There were a couple of VERY minor things that slipped through the cracks but as soon as they were made aware, the issues were corrected in an appropriate manner. And, obviously, the venue itself is stunning and the guests who stayed at the hotel only had rave reviews after.

Good but no communication between hotel staff

We booked our venue for an absolute steal a year out and we’re super excited to get planning. But..
The hotel requires you to use their catering service.
They changed our hotel contact TWICE without informing us we would just go weeks with no contact until a new person introduced themselves via email.
Their billing department lost record of both of our deposits ($1,125) and I had to provide hard copy evidence. (More than once)
I could never get a single person in charge of their payment on the phone or in person. They would strictly communicate through email and block any attempts to communicate in person.
They charged me twice for my remaining bill.
We booked our wedding night hotel the day before because we could not get anyone on the phone to pay for the rooms.

Stacey was wonderful and literally was on the phone anytime I needed her, the communication was amazing. Our venue was super beautiful and everything went smoothly on our day. Hotel rooms are really nice and retain a lot of the 1920s style charm.

Overall venue was lovely, but I would seriously think twice or hire one heck of a planner to deal with the contracts and payments. Absolutely double read everything and keep receipts, I am a young bride but I was able to catch the $1000 mistake before I was on the legal (and contractual) hook for it several times.
