For our destination wedding in Tuscany we hired Tuscan Wedding Events as our day-of coordinator. Manola was fantastic - she was so helpful and kind throughout the planning process and on the day she made it so that I didn't have to think about logistics for a minute and could just focus on being with my family and friends. She was completely invaluable and this day would not have been nearly as smooth and enjoyable without her. Our experience with Manola at Tuscan Wedding Events was nothing short of extraordinary. We discovered Manola when searching for a venue that could accommodate 84 guests on-site for three days. From our first meeting two years ago, Manola took the reins and transformed what could have been a stressful planning process into a seamless and enjoyable journey.

Manola managed almost every aspect of our wedding, from vendor selection to detailed coordination. Living in the USA and planning a destination wedding weekend for 84 guests in Italy seemed daunting, but thanks to Manola’s exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach, I didn’t lift a finger. Friends would ask if I was stressed, and I could honestly say I wasn’t, thanks to Manola’s behind-the-scenes work.

She only involved me in necessary design decisions and even took on some choices herself when I faced decision fatigue. Her ability to translate our vision into reality was nothing short of magical. The weekend was perfectly orchestrated, including a welcome party catered by our favorite local restaurant, a pool party with a pizza truck and Vespa draft cocktails, and a flawless wedding day.

Manola also managed all guest details with our venue, Borgo Corsignano, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond by allowing us to ship items to her home, a kindness that exemplifies her dedication and generosity.

Communication with Manola was effortless, and her daily updates and support on WhatsApp became something I greatly missed once the wedding was over. Her warmth and sweetness made her an indispensable part of our wedding journey, and I can’t recommend her highly enough to any couple planning their special day.
