My name is Jimmy Thomas, I have 10 years of photography experience and several years of cinematography experience. I owned a photography studio and shot weddings early in my photography career and then switched to working for organizations covering all their media needs.
My interest in cinematography was peaked as DSLRs got better video capabilities and I always loved color grading footage. Since the composition, camera controls, lighting rules, and editing carried over from my photography experience my decade as a photographer helped me naturally transition into video seamlessly.
