Twisted Vine Bistro is located in downtown Fort Myers' Historic River District, directly across from the newly constructed Luminary Hotel and Caloosa Sound Event Center. The downtown area is very walkable with many different shops and unique treasures.

Twisted Vine Bistro offers only the freshest seafood, certified Angus Beef and other unique, innovative entrees. We also feature an extensive boutique wine list, with over thirty wines by the glass. We pride ourselves in an extraordinary dining experience. We even grow select herbs and spices on site.

The Barrel Room is a new concept brought to you from restauranteurs Steve and Denise Hollister. It’s sits adjacent to their highly successful, award-winning Twisted Vine Bistro. Along with a full bar, the Barrel Room offers a wide variety of hard to find whiskey, bourbon and scotch. The kitchen boasts an exclusive late night menu, which is something the Fort Myers River District has sorely needed. Patrons can expect the same critically acclaimed culinary excellence that they have come to expect next door at Twisted Vine Bistro. The Barrel Room has limited seating and offers an intimate venue for small weddings and rehersal dinners. Join us for your next night out and “find your flavor”.

We like to have fun with food and host a variety of wine dinners throughout the year. We also provide live entertainment on the weekends, are big supporters of the Florida Reparatory Theatre, Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center and host networking events during the week to help connect the community.
