We do the standard brisket, pulled pork and ribs. We can also go more upscale and do tri-tip or prime rib. Chicken? No problem. Salmon? Sure. If it can be smoked, we'll do it. We can do full service catering where we come and serve everything or we can do it take out style where we just bring the pans of meat and you take care of serving.
