Vanessa is a delight to work with. Pleasant and professional but very warm and supportive. She made us feel relaxed and allowed us to focus on each other and not on the photo's. We had a wonderful time working with her and the photo's are fantastic. Her ideas for shots and easy style were perfect.

My husband and I were referred to Vanessa Vick Photography by a very close friend who hired Vanessa for her daughter's wedding. We found Vanessa very responsive and after our first meeting with Vanessa understood right away that we were going to hire her. She was creative, generous with her time and ideas and gave her heart and soul on our wedding day to make us happy. Wow! We loved our decision to hire her and feel so lucky that she was available to be there with us on our big day. She used to be a big photo journalist off traveling the world. That being said, if you look at our wedding pictures there is not a single staged or typical wedding picture some "run-of-the-mill" photographer might shoot, instead we have so many beautiful candid shots where you can really read the emotion of myself or my husband or the guests. Her time in the field as a photo journalist has served her well as a wedding photographer.
