Veasey Memorial Park is a hidden gem wedding venue located in Groveland, Massachusetts. Nestled on over 45 acres of conservation land, the property features 80 acres of freshwater shoreline for fishing, manicured lawns, and lots of hiking trails. The historic estate dates back to the 1800s, when mills were built along its pond and rivers. Over the centuries the grounds have been preserved by numerous owners, so that today it boasts a lush backdrop for celebrations of love.

Facilities and Capacity
Veasey Memorial Park offers indoor and outdoor locations for couples to tie the knot at weddings both grand and small. Up to 200 guests can gather on the grass, while the plentiful indoor options can accommodate up to 100. The 1,500-square-foot Great Hall is a former chapel that features an arching buttressed ceiling, exposed beams, and a stage where newlyweds can exchange vows. Below the Great Hall is the Pingree Hall, which has tiled floors that are ideal for dinner and dancing. More intimate soirees of up to 50 guests are best suited to the Veasey Suite, a Craftsman-style living room with an adjacent dining area. This space includes comfortable seating, rustic accents, and a large fireplace made from striated rock from the Merrimack River. The Mill & Green Room also hosts 50 people and offers hardwood floors, an Inglenook fireplace, and a green room for getting ready with loved ones.

Services Offered
Rental of Veasey Memorial Park comes with exclusive access to the venue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the wedding weekend. Couples will be able to set up, clean up, and enjoy the facilities from between 9am and 11pm on each of these days. Rehearsal dinners and photo shoots on the property are also included at no extra charge. Packages come with tables and chairs, outdoor power outlets, and use of the prep kitchen upon request. The park has no restrictions on caterer’s or tent rentals, so couples are welcome to put up a pavilion of any size on the lawns. Canoes are also available to rent to take out on the pond for a memorable and unique boating experience. The venue also has special minimony packages that cater to elopements and small nuptials. Set outside in the natural beauty, minimonies provide six hours of event time, unlimited use of the grounds, and flexible start times.
