Our Story
Venue Forty|50 represents the culmination of a visionary journey crafted by Todd and Holly Kerr. It all began with a dream of creating a remarkable space that would resonate with individuals seeking a place of comfort and unity.
This endeavor began after many successful ventures in Denton. However, recognizing the need for an full-service venue in Dallas, Todd and Holly were presented with a compelling opportunity that evolved into Venue Forty|50.
Our establishment is rooted in the values of hospitality and integrity. We view business as an art, an embodiment of ideas that people yearn to be a part of. Every aspect of Venue Forty|50 is meticulously crafted to ensure that you experience a sense of comfort and belonging from the moment you cross our threshold.

Book the Tour! DFW's most central venue...
Hands down the most PERFECT venue for your event! We held our wedding here on 3/20/21 and could not have been more pleased with the level of service that every single person on their staff gave us. Laura their Sales Coordinator (and my favorite person) was so professional and accommodating to every one of our requests for our special day.
Perks of booking this venue:
- It is located in such a central part of the Dallas area which allowed guests the ability to easily Uber to and from venue.
- They offer a bar option that allows you to provide your own alcohol...can you say budget saver! Tip, purchase your booze at Total Wine... what you don't use you can then return.
- The venue has plenty of complimentary parking spots which is hard to find with many DFW venues. Many of the venues we toured required an additional $800-$1K for parking.
- Large enough for social distancing
- Allows for extended venue rental. Our wedding ended at 1am..!
- The venue is great for hosting a wedding all in the same place. We held our ceremony in one enclosed area of the venue, cocktail hour in their covered patio area and the reception in the main venue space.
I would absolutely hold another event here. I highly recommend Venue Forty|50 and now that our wedding planner has worked with them she also plans to suggest them to all of her couples. What are you waiting for...BOOK YOUR TOUR!
