Victoria Ranch is a stunning, rustic and refined special event venue in Vista, California that hosts weddings, corporate events, wellness retreats, special events and getaways for up to 150 people. Nestled in the heart of north San Diego County, this rural property features two eclectic and picturesque mid-century cabins with panoramic views. Guests can savor this country retreat and enjoy a truly remarkable event experience on our expansive grounds.

Facilities and Capacity

Victoria Ranch embodies the spirit of the coastal mountains it was built upon. On a clear day, stunning views of rolling chaparral give way to the sparkling crystal blues of the Pacific Ocean. The gentle and magnificent presence of Mother Nature surrounds this home that love built. The premises’ vintage appeal comes from years of lovingly expanding this estate with well-curated design and decor. The unique attention to style and detail create a special place like no other. There are two cabins on the property that can sleep a total of 14 people.

One Cabin boasts 3,000 sq feet that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an outdoor dining area that seats 30 people, a kitchen and two small dining areas indoors.

The second cabin features 600 square feet of a private upstairs suite that sleeps 4 people and has a full bathroom. This cabin also features a 30 foot redwood deck with room for 50 people for an al fresco dining experience. We also have several acres of curated and landscaped grounds to accommodate up to 150 people for an outdoor ceremony and a separate reception area. There are also several other areas that can be used for al fresco dining, yoga and the like. There are endless possibilities with this incredible space! • all-inclusive packages: These cover event planning as it pertains to the venue and set-up of the space, accommodations, catering, bartending, desserts and the use of get-ready rooms and event rentals (tables, chairs, linens, dish and glassware rental, linen napkins and cutlery).
• This team also offers a preferred vendor list as well as setup and cleanup for all events. Parking attendants and on-site property manager are included in the venue fee. Parking is limited to 25 vehicles but we include, at no additional cost, up to $600 in uber vouchers for guests who choose not to drive to and from your event.

Cuisine

Our guests and their loved ones will certainly look forward to the dining offered at Victoria Ranch. Catering services offered by Chef Joann & Co. Bespoke Catering and Event Design include hors d'oeuvres, cocktail receptions, plated meals, family-style dinners, chef stations, buffets, and dessert tables with a focus on local, organic, house-made, sustainably raised and harvested ingredients. Clients may enjoy tasting sessions before their event to ensure their complete satisfaction with these offerings. Additionally, bartending services are available with outside alcohol provided by the client.
