I had an amazing experience working with Jessica. We tried on so many styles and decades until we found the perfect dress! Jessica was patient, knowledgeable and positive. I never felt pressured or worried while working with her. She expertly tailored a dress that was easily a few sizes too small for me into a flattering, well fitting gown. Jessica was receptive to my suggestions and respectful to my concerns. I ended up with a gorgeously updated early 60s gown with a new zipper, reinforces seams and cleverly hidden bustle. This shop also sells vintage veils, jewelry and so much more. I greatly appreciated the respect and professionalism I received here and strongly recommend Vintage in Vogue to any bride.

If someone asked me what was the BEST THING we did when our daughter got married this June 25th, it was to go to Vintage In Vogue/ Vintage Bridal Boutique, located at 31 Main Street in Orleans, MA. Maureen is the proprietor of Vintage Bridal Boutique, which is a treasure trove of vintage wedding gowns. From the moment we set foot in the door and met Maureen, we knew we were in the right place. Our daughter's custom made Rue de Seine dress was altered to perfection. The bride then chose, with Maureen's guidance, a beautiful veil and petticoat. The bride also purchased beautiful earrings for her sister, the maid-of-honor. I purchased a beautiful new embroidered shawl. The shop has both new and previously loved items. Had we known of all the exquisite wedding gowns and mother-of-the-bride dresses in the shop, we may have saved time and money by finding everything in the Vintage Bridal Boutique at Vintage in Vogue. Maureen put her personal finishing touches on the bride's gown which included adding soft velvet to some straps so that they would lie softly and comfortably on the the bride. Maureen also proceeded to alter my mother-of-the-bride gown and the maid-of-honor's gown which were tailored to our specific needs. Maureen does lovely expert work and her concern for her customers is evident in everything she does. Maureen and her lovely shop is the most valuable treasure for anyone getting married or part of a wedding party or just wants to look beautiful!

I love the vintage style wedding dresses and since my parents live on the Cape my mom really wanted me to look in Vintage in Vogue. I was a little skeptical as i walked in the store, it has a little bit of a musty smell (probably from the hundreds of vintage gowns in the store going back to early 1900s), and my first visit the store owner Maureen wasn't around so I was on my own to look through all the gowns, which was overwhelming. I didn't try anything on my first visit. But i decided they had a lot of gowns that i would go back when Maureen would be there to have someone who knew where the dress types i liked were located, what would fit, what stains would come out, what tears could be repaired etc. I tried on about five gowns and fell in love with one. Maureen did a great job altering the dress (changing the neckline and sleeves) to make it my perfect dress. She was flexible with my dress fitting schedule. I got my dream vintage dress for probably a quarter of what i would have had to pay for a new "vintage" style dress.
