Hello! I'm Gillian Chapura, watercolorist & live event painter of Water Lily! I've been drawing and painting since before I was five and since then have tried almost every art form. I attended UNT pursuing a degree in Photography, and a month before graduation, I realized I did not want a career in photography. I went back to my roots in sketching and watercolor to create custom, unique watercolor keepsakes for people.

My paintings are thoughtful, creative works of art treasuring your pet, home, bridal bouquet, loved ones, and happy memories.

I also create custom watercolor paintings during your wedding reception and or wedding ceremony. Each watercolor captures the tiny details included in your wedding, the intricate architecture of your venue, and one of the intimate moments shared between you and your loved one. I adjust certain components of the space to express your style, the unique elements of your wedding, and a flowing composition. Live painting is not only an artistic feature incorporated into your wedding but also a handmade memento to look back on your special day.
