Ali and I are Indian Kenyans with big, demanding families and friends who have been to some of the best places and done some of the most spectacular things in the world.
Cape Town was our dream destination for our wedding but planning it from Kenya, within our budget, simultaneously trying to incorporate all the amazing food, drink and decor seemed impossible! Then we met Jadee on Skype! What a stroke of luck that was! Jadee along with her team took our ideas, literally from our thoughts and words, and made them into the most incredible experiences of our lives! From an Indian Mendhi to a Nikah ceremony followed by a 5 course wine paired meal at the reception - every single bit of it was detailed and extraordinary! Well done on taking on a BIG FAT INDIAN WEDDING IN CAPE TOWN Watermelon team and making it such an amazing even,t that all of our family and friends (including those who didn't attend) are still talking about it! You have become a very close friend Jadee!

Finding Jadee at the watermelon co was truly a blessing. Planning my wedding was so overwhelming until I met her. From turning my ideas into reality as well as adding much needed input from a professional such as herself made planning fun and exciting. Her passion for her job was truly present in every aspect leading to the day. People always told me the day comes and goes so quickly, that may have been true for those who didn't have Jadee and her team looking over everything making sure every detail was perfect, gave me the time to sit, relax and enjoy the celebrations like a guest at my own wedding!
