Located just steps from the idyllic Woodstock Square, the Waverly Ballroom is a unique setting for your event. Each season on the square is stunning, from long summer days, to the brightly lit trees in the picturesque winter. The Woodstock Town Square is a perfect backdrop for timeless photographs or for your guests to take a relaxing stroll prior to enjoying your event.

You and your guests will be astounded by the Ballroom’s breathtaking balcony and free-flowing floor plan. Elegant windows line the West wall of the ballroom allowing the perfect amount of natural light to brighten your event, while our floor-to-ceiling mirrors create additional depth in an already impressive space.

The Waverly Ballroom can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 130 guests for a sit-down dinner and as many as 275 guests for a standing cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception.

The Woodstock Room, located adjacent to the Ballroom, is the perfect area for entertaining rehearsal dinners or bridal showers. It can accommodate parties of up to 50 guests for a sit down dinner, and up to 70 guests for standing receptions

We can provide fully catered events, featuring 100% made from scratch American classics. Or you can just rent the wonderful space to have any type of event you like.
