Wayl of a Time Catering catered my husband's surprise birthday party, and the event was a huge success. I worked directly with Diana Cafiero, the owner, and it was such a wonderful experience. She helped create a menu and an atmosphere using the food to complement our event. The food was delicious, and the presentation beautiful. The guest from the party are still raving about the food, the wonderful service and the lovely staff working the party. Diana's staff is prompt, almost invisible in their work, and they make it seem effortless as they are putting these beautiful choices on trays. They take care of everything from the set up, to keeping the food replenished throughout, and did a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend hiring Wayl of a Time. They are a treat to work with, and you will be pleased with everything part of the process.

Irene and her staff are fantastic. Irene was a pleasure to do business with from day one. She made me feel like my wedding was on the top of her list and she was always professional. The food was outstanding and all of my guests are still talking about the food! The staff was kind and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

What a great company! We had one of those wedding nightmare things .. 1 month before our wedding our caterer backed out. We lined up another caterer through a friend; two weeks before the wedding they backed out. So, now we were two weeks away from our wedding with NO FOOD! I was in a total panic so I turned the food over to Clyde. I had taken care of everything else and was so fed up with catering at that point that I didn't even care if people ate! Our original caterer was a relative so that was his gift to us. All of the sudden we have to come up with enough money to feed 150 people! Clyde tracked down Wayl of a Time and began talking to Irene. He told her our dilemma and our budget. She came back with several different menu options for us to choose from and gave advice on the options. We ended up with Beef Brisket, Rosemary Potatoes and Broccoli. Everyone loved the food! We had a ridiculous amount of food left (a lot of people ate before they came since it was an evening wedding) so a lot of us took leftovers. We actually just ate the last of the wedding food the other day. Clyde said he was gonna miss the wedding food. lol

They deliver if needed, provide serving dishes, food table linen and serving utensils. They do offer the full setup if you want. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone!
