The Most Kind and Trustworthy Planner!

Melissa and her team were the best! We had a few untraditional requests and while some wedding planners that we talked to seemed to want to alter some of our ideas, Melissa immediately accepted everything that we requested. We chose Melissa because of how genuine, kind, and trustworthy she seemed, and this all remained true throughout the planning process and the wedding day. Everything was executed perfectly and I cannot thank Melissa and her team enough for allowing us and our families to truly enjoy our wedding day!

A true team player!

I was in so impressed by how incredibly communicative, talented and sweet Melissa was! She went out of her way to put my umbrella where it was accessible when it rained and as a photographer with very expensive gear this was such a thoughtful gesture. She was so on top of things and communicative through out the whole day. One of the best planners I've ever worked with and I've worked 100+ weddings. She will go great places!

The Bridal Goddess (Hair and Makeup Vendor) Stamp of Approval

The Bridal Goddess, a wedding hair and makeup vendor, had a blast working with Weaver Weddings this past June! They were super organized and on top of everything. They reached out a month in advance with a timeline and were super flexible with our timing changes. They even gave us a list of names for each service, which made everything so much easier on the big day. Thanks to their planning, we were able to get everyone ready on time and had a smooth, stress-free experience.

I'm Melissa Weaver, and this is my husband Matt. We're basically a walking party.

​I'm a native North Carolinian, who currently lives in Colorado because Matt is pursuing his second Master's degree (what a nerd, amiright?) Even though we live in Colorado, my goal is to give you the best event, no matter where you live or where your wedding is! Ya girl thrives on planes and road trips.​

We built Weaver Weddings on a plane after our friends' wedding. They hired a coordinator, who let A LOT slip through the cracks. Melissa was there to pick up the pieces and make sure our friends had no idea. After that, she realized wedding planning and giving people the best wedding experience possible was something she loved to do!
