It was not a wedding but instead a gathering of family after my mother-in-laws funeral. we had at least 150 people. The Weborg 21 Centre only had a few days notice. This is a beautiful place. Great place for family pictures. Great setup for food. Roomy enough for visiting with extended relatives, without conflict with other conversations. Beautiful decorations. Electronics set up for video presentations. Thank you Weborg's for you help with our healing event.

Five stars is not enough. The whole crew at the Weborg Centre was amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations and made our day amazing. We will definitely recommend them to others, and hold any further events we have there. I wouldn't go any where else.

My fiancé and I were excited to book with Weborg as we had been to numerous events there that seemed nice. Their prices were high, but we were willing to pay extra for the ease of all of the planning services that were touted. We booked our event 11 months in advance and paid a $500 deposit. I waited 6 months and heard nothing about details for decorating, menu, etc despite numerous attempts to obtain information. At my initial meeting with their staff, they also offered to send recommendations for flowers, cake, etc which I never received. The biggest issue was that we could not get a definitive price - there was no wedding package - everything was nickel and dimed and seemed to have a “service fee” attached. When you are planning a wedding for 400+ people, this could become an issue quickly, and I had absolutely NO idea how much to plan for cost-wise. After much frustration, we decided to change venues with 5 months to spare. Even after discussions with management, they refused to return my deposit. Talking with others in the community, I heard similar stories of unprofessionalism, disorganization, and lack of communication. We are so glad that we changed venues, and we will be saving a minimum of $6,000 (despite the unreturned deposit)! If you are planning to book here, know what you are getting into - not conducive to a stress-free wedding day!
