Prior to performing weddings, Joe served as a college counselor and campus minister, then as Deputy Marriage Commissioner for the County of Santa Clara in CA. He is well adept at not only creating beautiful ceremonies for couples, but at guiding them through the journey from “yes” to “I do.”
