This company lacked professional communication and changed their phone number then blamed me for not reaching out. They refused to provide a refund and then when I requested them still show up (since they didn't want to refund) they ignored all forms of communication and didn't show up. Apparently another bride on the same day also had the same experience. Even the phone number listed on this website doesn't even work.

I contacted Wedding Works on 3/1/2023 to start planning my wedding for 2024. Vanessa showed up for the venue walkthrough and connected me with a florist. I do not doubt that Vanessa would scam us.
The nightmare came on the wedding day. She changed her phone number, and I couldn't reach her. Luckily, the florist gave me a different phone number, and I was able to reached her. She repeatedly confirmed with me that she is getting ready and would be at the venue. More than 2 hours later, she didn't show up, and I couldn't contact her. My wedding reception was half set up when 100 out of 180 guests had arrived. As a bride, I panicked and wanted to cry out due to this messed. I paid her $1000 extra to have two more staff, totaling 4 on-site staff. She sent two staff, and they have no experience in wedding planning or decorating. I, the groom, the bridal party, and multiple family members took over setting tables, decorating, and coordinating the reception throughout the night. She emailed her after my wedding, seeking an explanation. If you are a victim of this scam, please feel free to reach out because I would love to file a lawsuit to get my money back.
