Located in Avon, NY just 30 minutes south of Rochester our 2-story barn accommodates 200 guests. Behind the barn, there is a courtyard and a 2nd story deck where you can hold your cocktail hour or ceremony if you like. The top level has the traditional high hay barn ceiling and is perfect for cocktails and dancing. The lower level offers an intimate setting for dinner. Of course, you can use the space however you like.There is a lift to make both levels accessible to all. On the lower level, there is a caterer’s prep area and a bride’s dressing room with views of our unique silo garden.

The barn sits on a hill and offers gorgeous views of our pasture, woods and pond. Don’t be surprised if the cows or horses make an appearance by the fence outback. Major renovations have been done while still keeping the traditional rustic barn look.

Our rentals run from Friday morning to Sunday at noon, so you have plenty of time to decorate as you like. We are a new venue so check back in for more photos! We are always happy to give tours, just let us know when you’d like to take a look!
