We had called maybe 2 weeks before our wedding as we figured out we needed help on the day of to coordinate everything as we were planning our wedding ourselves and could not get married and run the show. We had Megan on her first solo venture. She was great she was our security blanket. From favor placement and set up to keeping money in order for every other vendor she really stepped up and did a great job considering she was alone which isn’t normal but we were lucky whimsical worked with us and got us someone when usually they have an assistant to help. My only caveat which I hate to say but it was a big moment was during the ceremony the photographer had been lost in transit from hotel to church and went to reception venue instead and was not present before we started the ceremony and we did not catch it until it was too late and our photographer was scheduled to translate as well. This lapse I feel has to fall on Megan unfortunately. It was an honest oversight and the best man filled in and made for a great talking point afterwards but I have to point it out. Overall we are very happy with how it went and will advise anyone looking for a day of coordinator to book early so things like this aren’t an issue.
