I knew she was the one when I reached out to her and she replied with not only a detailed description and cost breakdown of all the services she offers, but also the planning document that she uses with her clients. She exceeded expectations at every step. As part of her day of coordination service, she took over vendor communication at ~30 days out, which was incredibly helpful! But even before then, she checked in monthly from the time we booked until the wedding! Under her guidance the rehearsal (with a large wedding party) and the wedding day itself went SO smoothly. I was able to trust her completely with any and everything.
Because I did a lot of DIY and the venue did not have storage, she went above and beyond to load up her car with all of my decor the day before. When it came time for set up, she made sure she was honoring my vision for each and every detail. I had the fullest confidence leaving any last-minute decisions and dilemmas in her capable hands.
She is worth every cent and more!!!!

We worked with Mary Beth from Whispy Moss events for our October 9th 2021 wedding. Mary Beth was an absolute lifesaver and I am not sure what I would have done without her on the day of my wedding. She helped to make our day feel just magical by taking care of all the little things that day so I could focus on being in the moment on our special day.

Mary Beth is so organized and knows all the ins and outs of what needs to be done the day of the wedding as well as she took care of coordinating vendors the month prior. Her day of services covers the day of the wedding and the month prior vendor coordination (a much bigger task than I realized). But she also acted as a resource the months in advance of the wedding when I had questions.

I felt I was so organized but there were so many things she thought of and took care of that made the day feel flawless that I would have never thought of. She took care of every single thing that came up on the day of the wedding and we did have a few issues that arose. I am so thankful I did not need to deal with them that day, not sure how I could have found the time. I had one of my vendors give her very high praise and he said they usually hate working with day of coordinators, that said a lot about her skill too. And we just enjoyed who she is as a person too

I know planning a wedding is very expensive but you cannot put a price on the importance of being able to relax and enjoy your day. I would highly suggest hiring a day of coordinator for your big day and finding a way to fit it into your budget. And even more highly suggest Mary Beth with Whispy Moss, she went so above and beyond and is so skilled at what she does that I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. Highly recommend!!

Marybeth is phenomenal! I would’ve been 100% lost without her as my Day-Of-Coordinator! She is always there for her clients and makes the wedding planning/wedding day go so smoothly and as stress-free as humanly possible! She answers all questions/concerns with great advice and information and helps you feel confident about all your decisions and that your big day will go off with as few mishaps as possible. We all know weddings don’t always go exactly to plan but dammit if Marybeth doesn’t make it happen as close to perfect as possible. I not only consider her the best DOC but a true friend. I couldn’t recommend her services more!!! She keeps in touch with your vendors and creates a timeline that works for everyone. She’s the best!
