We worked with White Elm Films for our April 2024 wedding. We booked in January of 2023 after a brief meeting with Holly over the phone and selected the Keepsake collection with drone footage. In the months leading up to the wedding, we were given digital questionnaires to fill out with music preferences and a timeline. We didn't know who our videographers were going to be until the day of our wedding, but they were lovely and professional. They worked well with the photography team and got all the shots we were hoping for. We just got our videos back (ceremony, dances, speeches, highlight film &teaser) digitally, about 6 weeks after our event. The videos turned out great and we are happy with the result.

White Elm met every expectation that we possibly had going into our big day! They captured the whole day and it never felt like they were in our way and never too demanding. All of our email feedback afterward, regarding what we wanted to specifically include or exclude from our ceremony, was incorporated flawlessly as well which we really appreciated.

Working with White Elm Films was a wonderful experience! From the moment I found their website I absolutely fell in love with the quality and style of their videos. The communication from day one was entirely with the owner Holly directly which I appreciated and made it feel more personal working with them. She was easy to talk to and answered my many questions about what to expect and their packages. Which can I just say that their packages are incredibly affordable for the quality of product you are getting! On our wedding day the White Elm Film team was easy to work with and worked very well with our photographer and other vendors. I was hesitant that we would not get to talk to the team members we were working ahead of time with but my communication with Holly put my mind at easy knowing that the team would handle the day perfectly. When we got our final video back, I could not stop crying. The way they captured every moment of our day was breathtaking. The sound quality of our ceremony and speeches was unbelievable and we are so thrilled that we decided to work with White Elm Films. We cannot thank them enough for being a part of our special day and giving us an incredible video memory to last a lifetime.

And just a note, if you are considering getting the raw footage or not, DO IT! Yes, we LOVE our edited highlight film and ceremony footage but having footage of the entire day is so wonderful and absolutely worth it to have!
