This property can host wedding parties of up to 450 attendees in size. Whitetail Acres Wedding & Event Venue is available to host engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, ceremonies, and rehearsal dinners. Your site fee includes the use of this property from 8 am to 11.30 pm on your wedding day with complimentary rehearsal time. Additionally, you will have use of get-ready rooms, round tables, and white resin folding chairs. This property is available for engagement photography upon prior request. This venue’s staff will be happy to connect you with preferred vendors, whom this team has worked with extensively to create successful events. For an additional fee, you may avail of the services of a wedding coordinator and on-site decorator. These professionals offer event planning for your wedding and the setup of any rental items. This venue’s rental inventory includes tables, chairs, arches, centerpieces, lighting, and decor pieces.

Whitetail Acres is family-owned and operated by the Lucas Family. We are all local to the Wapakoneta/Lima area.
Our family includes:
Scott & Lori Lucas: Married since 1982 with three daughters, Ashley, Taylor & Amanda.
Ashley Blackburn: Ashley also owns Aspire Home Health Care Services in Cridersville, OH, and has 2 chidlren, Rayna & Will.
Taylor Lucas & Calvin Hefner: They long for adventures and going to the gym together.
Amanda & Aaron Hefner: Recently married in December 2020 with a baby on the way.
