Wild Hearts is country wedding venue located in Webster, Florida. Just 40 min North of Tampa. As a new venue, this barn sits on 10 acres of pastures and woodlands. A cute rustic cabin and a barn with all its amenities, the indoor setting of the luxurious barn will delight and surprise you. We are family owned and operated and will treat you just like family willing to go above and beyond our services to make your day amazing.

At Wild Heart Weddings we work hard to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch — you’ll enjoy the same level of care that we put into our own events and family functions. Everyone here strives to provide the highest-quality services and the highest attention to detail.

​We will work to meet your individualized needs. A staff member will be available to whole day, ensure all farm facilities are picturesque during your event, address any last-minute needs and more! All packages are based on 100 guest. For larger or smaller weddings the quote maybe higher or lower.

Basic Barn rental

starting at $2500 up to 100 guest

  • Bridal fruit tray and refreshments while getting ready

  • This package includes decorating, food, everything to make this a worry free event

  • Bartender: You provide alcohol/beverages, Bartender required if you wish to serve alcohol

  • Additional wooden bar for Bartender

  • Unlimited Soda from our fountain machine

  • Linen napkins

  • Ceramic plates

  • Mason drinking jar for guest wedding favor with chalk label

  • Glassware: Wine glasses or champagne glasses

  • Additional Wedding crew to decorate, help with parking, food services etc.

  • Food catered from one of our vendors Includes 2 meats, 3 sides, dinner roll and/or buns

  • 2 Wild Hearts Servers for dinner

  • Cocktail hors d'Oeuvers fruit and/or meat trays

  • Photographer (2) for up to 6 hours day of event

  • Photographer for 2 hours for save the date/engagement pictures (scheduled based on events)
