Willow Creek Mansion is a historic mansion wedding venue located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Built in 1904, the mansion has gone through multiple owners and several renovations, and opened as an event center in 2017. Throughout the years, its character, charm, and history have stayed the same. Whether taking a stroll through the ancient oaks on the grounds, or dancing in the elegant Grand Ballroom, couples and their guests are sure to be enchanted.

Facilities and Capacity
The mansion offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces that can be used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. The outdoor spaces are surrounded by oak trees, offering a natural canopy for up to 200 guests. The climate-controlled Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests in a beautiful space with tall windows, chandelier fixtures, and a dedicated stage area. Also included on the property are a bridal suite with lounge and makeup area, as well as groom chambers and a cigar lounge with a pool table and poker table. The venue is wheelchair accessible and also provides on-site parking for guests.

Services Offered
Willow Creek Mansion can provide an on-site wedding coordinator to assist with vendors, floor plans, timelines, and rehearsals, as well as coordination on the day of the wedding. Couples are also welcome to use their own wedding planner to coordinate their event, and in addition, can use outside vendors to create their dream wedding. Outside vendors may include photographers, catering, florals, and outside alcohol. Mansion staff are available to assist with set up and clean up of the event, including their own rentals of an altar/arch, chairs, lighting, linens, and tables.

Accommodation
Located on the same street as the mansion, Willows Cottage can be used for a honeymoon suite or a place for family members to stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, two living room spaces, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to five comfortably. While built in 1920, the house has been completely remodeled and is a short walk away from shopping and restaurants.
