We first discovered Mary Hicks through a close friend's wedding, which happened just before we got engaged. I remember thinking how stress-free and happy that bride looked, and I knew I wanted the same experience for our wedding. Initially, we tried to navigate the wedding planning process on our own, but we quickly became overwhelmed, especially when it came to choosing a venue. That’s when I reached out to my friend for the name of their planner, and that’s how we began our wonderful journey with Mary!
From our first meeting, we instantly connected with Mary. She immediately understood our personalities and vision. Over the 1.5 years of planning, we had regular check-ins, and Mary kept us on top of our to-dos so we were always ahead of schedule and stress-free.

OH MY GOSH! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have Aubrey Silva and the Curated G+W team to thank for that. If you're looking for a wedding planner, this is the most elite team you will ever work with!! I got married on 5/11/24 at Tre Posti in St Helena and every single thing about the day (from the little things to the big things) was exactly as I'd hoped, imagined, and dreamed and I'm beyond thrilled I had this team bringing my vision to life.

Aubrey is the most organized and calm individual to work with and I trusted her with my life on every decision. Our monthly check-in calls were a breeze and she went out of her way to take any task off my plate and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. As a bride, it's so easy to panic and overthink everything, but working with Aubrey eliminated all of that. She responded to every text, email, and call immediately and had the best advice and ideas. Every single vendor she recommended was a 12/10 and there's no way with day would have been anywhere close to what it was without her.

We recently got married on 11.18.2023 and could not ask for a better team. We were blessed to have Carrie help execute our wedding timeline and help us plan accordingly. She contacted our vendors and ensured we were all on the same timeline. No matter how much you think you can plan a wedding yourself, you will not regret hiring a wedding coordinator. They are a blessing in disguise. They will take a load of stress off your plate, especially when the wedding date is near.

On our wedding day, we had the blessing to work with Sara and her team! I can not imagine our wedding day going as smoothly as it did without them. We faced so many hurdles and obstacles due to the rain. But rain or shine my husband and I had the best wedding we could have ever asked for. There were a few moments when we had to make last-minute changes; however, Sara made those changes easy for us, as she did not overwhelm us one bit.

There were so many moments where I could not thank Sara enough. Right before our ceremony, our sand unity broke, and I was in tears. But Sara knew exactly what to say to calm my nerves.

My husband and I could not thank you ladies enough! Seeing all the hard word that they did to make our vision come to life was amazing. To add on to their amazingness, I just remembered that we initially had a content creator who was supposed to be there on our wedding day but backed out the week of. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, Sara informed us that she got us a content creator for our wedding day. This was the best gift that we received for our wedding.
