Beautiful Venue! rooms are comfortable and newly updated. Lots of romantic views from every room! A nice spot in front of the lake to get married, we were able to set up seating for 100 people easily. Gourmet breakfast included every morning.

The Wolf Cove Inn was perfect for our small 29 guest wedding. Everyone was able to stay on site the night before and night of the wedding. The wedding fee did seem a bit high considering every room was booked, but honestly we didn’t look at many venues so price may be comparable to similar venues. We were willing to go with the Inn because it really suited our needs. The location right on the lake gave an opportunity for our guests (all but 4 from out of state!) to enjoy a summer weekend in Maine! The grounds are beautiful and provided a lot of versatility for pictures and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. Sue and Roy organized the dining room furniture at our request and were always responsive when we had a question or wanted to see the space. They provided the bartender, but we chose exactly the type and amount of alcohol we wanted. The one critique I will give is the dining room would have been much more comfortable with A/C. We had to move our music and dancing outside after dinner because it was just way too hot to stay inside (wedding was in July so probably wouldn’t be an issue most months). We stayed in the Sugarloaf Suite which was comfortable and spacious and enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Keep in mind you do have to bring in an outside caterer and rent plates/utensils for the reception. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the Wolf Cove Inn and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!
