XI Wedding Space wedding manager is the best wedding planning manager! I especially like her ability to turn an ordinary place into an extraordinary wedding venue. She also plans the timeline very well and flexible to my last minute requests and changes. I really did not know what I would I do with XI Wedding Space's help. My wife and I had a fabulous wedding and all of the guests were impressed!

Sharen and Isabell are such dedicated, detail-oriented, and well organized planners. More importantly, it has been so

much fun to work with them and they listen to “what you want for your wedding”. We had a small

budget to begin with and the fact that it was out of town (Seattle) added difficulty to the planning.

Isabell demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process and I was impressed with her

multi-tasking capability and thoughtfulness. Hardly did I know that an 8-hour wedding involves planning

for so many moving parts and attention to so many small/easy-to-forget details. To be honest, I was

quite overwhelmed in the beginning. So Isabell worked out a schedule and made the preparation more

feasible to achieve and priorities were taken care of in a timely manner.

My husband and I were able to sit back and fully enjoy our wedding. They arrived early at the venue and

by the time we got there, everything was ready to go. It was after the wedding did I know that they had

to resolve several emergencies on the day. I feel so grateful that they handled them quietly and kept me

away from the stress on my big day. I can’t say enough thanks to them.

Last but not least, it was such a pleasure to work with these two fun, smart, young ladies who are

dedicated to bring happiness to each couple they meet. Sharen also took beautiful engagement photos

for us and Isabell helped with the bridal make-up. They have such good senses of the latest wedding

trends and provide candid suggestions/recommendation. Looking back, I am so glad that I adopted

some of the suggestions they provided, which I was not 100% sure at the time.

I can’t say enough good things about XI Wedding Space and I recommended them to all my

friends/family.

I had contemplated not having a wedding coordinator for our wedding and am SOOOO glad I did! Having XI Wedding Space assist me with my wedding has been one of the best decision I've made. They are detailed-oriented, organized, and attentive. Our wedding went smoothly, with every phase of the wedding executed on time. It felt really good not to have to worry about any of the details the day of the wedding and be able to just enjoy the day with all my friends and family. Isabell & Sharen also helped with the set up of the reception space and did everything I had envisioned for my dream wedding.
