Erick Cortez with XOXO Event Planning is a God send. He took our vision and made it into a reality. But above that, Eric went beyond what was required and made our event amazing and one we will never forget. Erick did my friend's daughter's quinceanera and we got to see Erick's handiwork first hand. We were very impressed by the floral arrangements, the decorations and the promptness of the service staff who were attending the event. We reached out to Erick weeks later to discuss details for a reception we wanted to throw for our one year wedding anniversary. We explained to Erick that we wanted a lounge/club arrangement with couches, pub tables and smaller tables in order to encourage people to mingle with each other. We also told Erick that we wanted to go with a Moroccan/Hindi theme for the decor which would include bright colors, lanterns, and other exotic trinquettes. Erick took our concepts and flew with them. Erick found one vendor who provided us with great lounge furniture to fit with our lounge theme. In addition, the vendor also provided drapery for the perimeter walls of the room which were illuminated in soft pastel colors. Next, Erick found a great florist who took our Moroccan/Hindi theme and created these beautiful floral arrangements that were beyond our expectations. Lastly, Erick used his talents to create for us a beautiful tent structure which served as the site of our vow renewals and our own personal seating area. To add to that, Erick found us a great deal on a photo booth for guests to take pictures in and live belly dancer who performed beautifully. Everyone who attended that night raved at the beautiful layout, the exotic flowers and decor, the entertainment, and the attentive staff. Erick made this all possible and we can't thank him enough for making our vision a beautiful creation of art. We highly recommend him and XOXO event planning.
