I NEVER leave reviews but I have never experienced someone so unprofessional. I had multiple conversations with Ximena on Facebook and by phone many weeks prior to the event and the days leading up. She did not include the most important piece of the display as she promised. I sent her a message to let her know and she said “her driver forgot” and offered to give me a $10 refund (I paid almost 300). She went on to say “mistakes happen” and “I’m sure my display was the highlight of your party”. When I told her how disgusting her response was she blocked me. Save your money and go with another company. The balloons were cheap and nothing like the pictures on her Facebook. Also, she asked for a deposit of 50 and then requested the remainder the week before the event.
