Hi Everyone! My name is Francesca Heisler, the owner and hairstylist at YBE Beauty. I hold state cosmetology licenses in Florida, New Jersey, and Maryland and have over 9+ years in the beauty industry. I am certified in hair coloring and extension applications and have completed hygiene courses covering barbicide and Covid-19 protocols. Aside from working in a salon setting, I studied and graduated in 2020 with two bachelor of science degrees in Psychology and Family Science. After starting my Master's program, I quickly realized that my calling was in beauty. In hindsight, my goal has always been to help others with the way they see themselves. I loved that I was able to uplift and help build confidence within my clients by blending their vision with my creativity.

From a young age, I always knew I wanted to build a career in the beauty industry. My grandfather, who I unfortunately never met, owned a barbershop for many years, and my mother was a hairdresser with over 25 years of experience. I feel so lucky to have these two role models in my life who motivate me to be the best hairdresser I could be. Working in salons exposed me to many faults within this industry that I knew I wanted to eradicate with honesty and good values. My business partner Reba and I hope to motivate, help and uplift our clients and other stylists within the industry to create harmony. We promise at YBE to produce a high-quality and relaxing experience for all of those we have the pleasure of helping.

In my freetime, I love spending quality time with my husband Eric and our dog Skye! You’ll also find me laying by the pool or going on walks, which are my favorite forms of self-care.

Hello and welcome everyone! My name is Reba Glaser, and I am a licensed cosmetologist as well as the owner and sole Makeup Artist at YBE Beauty. After 10+ years of working in fast-paced environments built on the principles of quantity over quality, I knew I wanted to create a better and more personalized experience for my clients. My extensive background in customer service provides a solid foundation for me to connect on a personal level with my clients and provide services to those who value friendship, trust and the art of makeup. I met my amazing business partner Francesca who aligned with all my core values and YBE Beauty was born.

My love for makeup started early in my childhood and before I knew it, I began my career as a makeup artist at 15 years old. I started with just a few clients, but my freelance business flourished over time-based purely on skill and word of mouth. I was doing makeup for weddings, senior photos, proms, and other special events. This was insane considering I wasn't old enough to be a part of those monumental moments yet. After I graduated from high school, I decided not to apply to college, focusing instead on my passion for the beauty industry. I earned my cosmetology license at 19 after moving across the country. In Los Angeles, I attended the E.I. School of Professional Makeup because I wanted to expand my knowledge and skills. I wanted to become the most proficient makeup artist I could be. I loved being a makeup artist, but I found myself craving more. I knew my next step needed to be attaining a college degree. After moving to San Francisco and starting school, I decided to major in business for my Bachelor's Degree at San Francisco State University. I graduated in 2022 with my BBA in Marketing. While in school for my undergrad I worked at a beauty startup in San Francisco. This is where I discovered my true passion and specialty makeup look: natural/natural glam. I loved that my clients could take away tips and tricks that I would teach them while doing their makeup that they could incorporate into their everyday makeup routine. This was because it was easy and curated towards their specific features. I believe makeup exists to enhance rather than conceal our features. That is why I needed to have a business name that represented what I believe in.

I also believe in the practice of self-love and positive thinking, which is why I live by the phrase "be kind to yourself," which I emphasize in every relationship I build.

I truly love what I do and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for my lovely clients who continue to support me every day. I am dedicated to providing my clients with individualized quality services in a relaxed, loving, and safe environment.
