Worth every penny!

Wedding planning is stressful. One thing that stressed me out initially was my body and what I would look like on my wedding day. After working with Yvhoe not only do I look better but I FEEL better. I am so impressed with how every session she finds a way to push and challenge me while still having a lot of fun. I feel so much stronger and proud that when I started training with Yvhoe I could not hold a plank for more than 10 seconds, now I can plank for almost a minute with out feeling like I’m going to die. I’m confident that just working with Yvhoe twice a week, I will continue to get stronger and keep hitting my fitness goals. If you are looking to hire someone that knows their stuff (I had NO idea how poor my form was with 99% of the exercises I was doing on my own) that will challenge you, help you see results AND make your work outs fun and efficient, trust me hire Yvhoe. I promise it’s worth every penny.

Detail-oriented, flexible, and value for money

Yvohe is my third personal trainer so far. I have been working with her for over a year. I can easily say she is the most detail-oriented trainer I've had. Expect her to take notes and track progress. She is also always focused and corrects all of the bad habits I have that previous trainers never pointed out. She literally watches for correct form on every exercise rep.

She also puts a lot of effort into her craft. She knows the kinetic chain of muscles very well, and can explain why I have acquired such bad habits. She pinpoints the muscles that are weak and need to be focused on.

I personally don't have any fitness goals, but I am definitely sure that Yvohe can help with whatever her client's goals are. I have referred friends to her in the past, and all the feedback has been positive. Easy value for money.
