About

ABOUT ME:

More than just a wedding officiant, I have been a licensed and ordained Christian minister since 1995. I have served as a youth pastor, assistant pastor and senior pastor. I am currently an associate pastor at a local church in Tacoma and I have officiated close 100 weddings since 1996 when I performed my first ceremony.

I do weddings now because I enjoy working with couples while helping them to make the important step into marriage. When I conduct a wedding I am professional, attentive to the bride, groom, wedding party and guests, I love to inject spontaneous humor and my goal is to make sure that your wedding ceremony is what you want it to be; memorable. Because of my background and experience I have more to offer than other officiants. I'd be glad to discuss the number of ways that I can help you when we meet.

Best Wedding Officiant!

Pastor Mike officiated me and my husband's wedding in June 2021. We found Pastor Mike 3-4 months before our wedding and he was an incredible support to us during such a busy time. He was reliable, punctual, and great with communication. He offered us great ideas for things to incorporate into our ceremony, such as a sand ceremony, poem, etc, that really made our ceremony all the more beautiful. We also worked with an amazing ceremony coordinator, Myeshia, through Pastor Mike who also offered amazing support the day of our wedding with coordination and communicating with our vendors. Cannot recommend Pastor Mike enough as a wedding officiant. He sprinkles in humor and really got to know us (via several Zoom calls) to incorporate our story into the ceremony. Mawande and I thank you for everything, Pastor Mike!

Our Special Day

Pastor Mike is amazing at what he does. He was exactly what we needed to pull this wedding together. He was on time, patient and corresponded with me days prior to see how things were going. Having pastor Mike at our wedding was the best decision me and my husband could’ve made.Very thankful for him.

A gifted and remarkable wedding officiant!

Pastor Mike Wilson played a major part in making our wedding day one to remember. Guests said it was like he had known us for years and called the ceremony meaningful and moving.

He was knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with during the wedding preparations and a calming presence during the ceremony.

Like we told Mike after the ceremony, he has a gift as a wedding officiant.
