Pitmaster Robert Meredith introduced barbecue to Wisconsin in 2014 and just like a good backyard picnic, people came back again and again. They brought their friends, who returned and brought their families. Many asked him to cater their wedding, and their own backyard family reunions or corporate events. Not only does Robert enjoy serving great BBQ, he really enjoys getting to know each of his clients and making sure they have a memorable day.
