Zachary’s BBQ and Soul Catering is a full-service caterer serving off-premise events as well as drop-off style catering. Specializing in the classic flavors of Southern-style barbecue. Our chefs are classically trained and create modern dishes using old family recipes, using fresh locally sourced ingredients.

Zachary's catered our wedding Saturday and it was the most wonderful experience! Elizabeth and her crew provided outstanding, professional service and did not let down on one detail of the whole event. Zachary's worked with us and responded to our wishes to help make the day perfect--they were flexible and responsive to last minute requests, and kept the flow of the event seamless. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. I had so many compliments! This was a tremendous value for the service we received. I would recommend Zachary's for any event!!!

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic! Chef Keith Taylor and catering coordinator Elizabeth Taylor made our wedding food and service so memorable.

Taste: 5 stars - We had Salmon, Chicken and Steak. Everyone kept raving about our appetizers- and we didn't even fun out of food! (which happens a lot of weddings, and it didn't at ours!) Chef Keith Taylor is a culinary master!

Service: 5 stars- Obviously, they catered to my ever need because I was the bride. For example, I hate ice in my drinks. So I asked for a water with no ice, and the entire night no matter which server I asked for a drink, it had no ice in it. FANTASTIC COMMUNICATION. I really liked that. They were so friendly and so on point. I really enjoyed having Zachary's team at my wedding.


Coordination: Elizabeth coordinated everything and she was our savior throughout the entire process. She was so calm and so confident that everything was going to be perfect, that it really made us feel so comfortable. And she was right! Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more!
