A signature trait of ZiL Catering is building personalized menus for our clients.
This allows us to become a more inclusive catering company . We want to include the client in these decisions. We want a particular relationship with our customers that helps us to understand their culture through foods and thus allowing us to be creative with the menu. This relationship also gives our customers more control of the types of foods that are served at their events.
We personally interview each client asking questions about their likes/dislikes, allergies and preferences.
We want them to know the items were choosen specifically for them. Building a personal relationship with our clients is one of our goals.
Everything we make is from scratch, using items from local farms and vendors.
We believe in the power of making items from scrach. Cooking this way allows the flavors in each dish to stand out. From the house-made buttermilk for our buttermilk biscuits. . . to using Southern collard greens for our collard green quiche, you are definitely getting a true value.
