Contract states will have video back in 2 weeks or less. Got it back at the 1 week part. SEVERAL important pieces missing. I made her aware, she admitted to rushing due to going out of state for a week. She sent another video a few days later, this time what she added is in the completely wrong spot. There were introductions several scenes after what she added in happened. There was no time stated on contract for how long she would be there, but missed filming opportunities. We had no idea she left. We did a special toast in the middle of the dance floor for my mother who passed away from cancer several years ago and everyones heads are cut off until after the toast is done and then you can see everyones heads. The last 7 minutes of my video is just a black screen. When she sent the second video she said to let her know if it was correct and if not she would fix it. She did not respond to me asking to get it corrected the SECOND TIME UNTIL I PUT A REVIEW ON WEDDING WIRE, she then immediately replied and told me she will not sit on her computer editing all day. I never asked for her to sit on computer and edit all day.. i just pointed out the errors and she never told me about a preview copy, and that she left without letting anyone know she was leaving to possibly see if we needed anything else quickly filmed. Said she got all key times filmed then says she never got a timeline. Very contradicting.
