I am so happy I made the trip to Zita from Oshkosh. Just when I had given up and thought I wouldn't find the one of my dreams, I found the one that brought me and my family to tears! Cynthia and Lucy were amazing to work with, made sure I was completely satisfied, and were genuinely excited for me! I couldn't have had a better experience!

Everyone at Zita Bridal Salon was very helpful during my dress search and a lot of fun to work with! I felt like my budget was respected (more so here than at other salons) and ended up finding the perfect dress right away. Once my dress came in, the alterations process was great with Maria, who is such a pleasure to work with. She altered my dress as well as my mother's and both looked fabulous.

My journey to find the perfect wedding dress was not exactly the easiest. After finding a dress I thought I loved at another shop, it arrived in this yellowish color that was not like the sample dress I had tried on. I didn't want to be "that bride" that bought a second dress so I was planning on wearing the dress anyways. My mom was the one who made me go to a few other bridal shops to see if I could find something I was 100% happy with. Even knowing that we were on an extremely tight timeline and it might not be possible to order a dress in time, Cynthia was beyond accommodating to help me find a new dress. I found the perfect dress at Zitas and Cynthia and her team was amazing in making sure I had the perfect dress and accessories for my wedding day. I cannot thank the entire team enough for all of their help and support throughout the process. Maria is incredible and made sure my dress fit like a glove. Cynthia treated my mom and me like family from the moment we arrived. I cannot say enough good things about Zita Bridal Salon and would hands down recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress.
