Deborah and her entire team are simply amazing, making suggestions to help us decide what we wanted and how we wanted it, then flawlessly delivering the reality. If you want to give your bride her day in the most special way possible, call Deborah. Our day was perfect, neither a global pandemic nor a disruption in gasoline supply was any match for 11th Hour Events ability to deliver perfection. There are no do-overs in a wedding. Get it right the first time. Call Deborah at 11thHourEvents we will be forever thankful that we did!

  Outstanding service

  Deborah at 11th Hour Events worked some major miracles for my wedding, which include a venue change, ensuring my event was a priority at the new venue (despite multiple personnel changes at the new venue leading up to my event) and last minute adjustments due to inclement weather. She also recommends and manages the other vendors so that everything is seamless. Her experience plus communication and project management skills are top notch, she is on top of every detail. It seriously doesn't get any better than this, I rate Deborah a 10 out of 10 stars.

  Deborah and Holli are the best!!

  Deborah was the best and knew exactly what I wanted the venue to look like and the atmosphere I was shooting for! Holli was the best day of coordinator I could ask for, she was on it! Her husband even helped out by providing drinks for the wedding party before we were announced! The only thing I didn't like was our DJ Greg, he took a phone call during our toasts, played our song requests during dinner, and played the WHOLE song instead of fading them into each other. I'd definitely recommend using them but don't use Greg as your dj!

  Wedding on the beach

  The 11th hour wedding group was very helpful in planning my wedding and making sure we got all the details in place. It was raining and foggy on my wedding day which was kind of disappointing but Deborah and her team made the most of it and the pictures turned out absolutely beautiful.

  Best Day Ever!

  Deborah and her team were amazing to work with. They made the wedding planning process stress free. They handled all of the details and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be for our day, all we had to do was relax and enjoy ourselves!

  I feel so fortunate to have found Deborah - she and her team are top notch! I contacted her for help planning my wedding in a short time, and she took care of EVERYTHING. All of the people she recommended were excellent as well. Not only is she incredible at what she does, she has a kind and professional demeanor that makes it a lot of fun to work with her. She is very communicative, which made things go so smoothly. She is a gifted photographer and very attentive to detail. I loved everything about my wedding day and was hardly involved in the planning thanks to Deborah! I cannot say enough about what a wonderful time it was working with her!!!

  We utilized 11th Hour Events as our planning service during the months prior to our wedding and they helped to make our day absolutely perfect! We also utilized their floral services (very convenient to have a florist connected to your planner!!) which turned out absolutely beautiful. Overall Deborah’s team did whatever it took to make our vision come to life - they travelled between both our ceremony and reception venues and worked hard to ensure that all details were accounted for. Deborah truly cared about us and our experience and we will always be thankful for the incredible day she helped us to put together. We highly recommend 11th Hour Events for planning!!

  Lovely Day!

  We loved our wedding day!! She did a beautiful job with the table settings, stunning actually. Our ceremony on the beach was breathtaking. Deborah has a wonderful and warm personality that makes you feel comfortable instantly, and she really was knowledgeable about everything. We were so happy with our day.

  Deborah told me from the beginning that I would have a stress free day.. and that’s exactly what she provided. Communication was also easy, she answered any questions I had promptly thru email.   Thank you for the Beautiful Wedding

  My Wife and I wanted to have a simple yet elegant wedding on the beach and thanks to 11th Hour Wedding events we were able to have just that! The staff was professional, friendly and helpful and took into account all our wedding ceremony wants and desires and made it all come into fruition. We cant thank them enough!!

  We were very impressed with our recommended venue (The Pointe Golf Club), wedding coordination, and how seamless everything went throughout the day and into the final hours of the evening. Deborah & Diane were able to make planning for a wedding from a far distance easy (decor and every little detail!). Deborah & Diane's list of vendors were professional, timely, and easy to work with. Everyone we came in contact with did not disappoint. All-in-all it was the perfect day we were hoping for and cannot say thank you enough to all who were involved. We would 100% recommend 11th hour events! Deborah Sawyer is a kind, genuine person and an amazing photographer!
