  Brilliant Wedding Cinematographer!

  We didn’t think we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding—we didn’t like the style of a lot of wedding videos, didn’t want to feel we were “performing” on our wedding day, and didn’t want cameras interfering in the natural flow of the evening.
  
  But after seeing our friend’s beautiful wedding video—and, better yet, having had no idea there was even anyone filming at her wedding at all because he was so unobtrusive—we knew we had to book her cinematographer, Kaipo from 15 Minutes of Frame. Kaipo is warm, genuine, attentive to detail, and a brilliant filmmaker. It was organized and seamless working with him in the lead-up to the wedding and after. It’s also great that there are various types of videos/edits at various price points (and that you can add or change what you select up to a year after your wedding!).
  
  The video itself: stunning! We just received ours last night and cannot describe how amazing it was to relive our wedding through the beautiful footage. Kaipo really captured the feeling and spirit of our night, amazing details and gorgeous overviews and the emotion in all of our faces. He had some really unique shots (our dance floor from up above from the balcony, the sky and trees of our outdoor venue). The video was seamlessly and brilliantly edited. And his song matching was impeccable. We will treasure this video forever and cannot recommend anyone more highly to document your wedding day!

  Kaipo and the entire 15 Minutes of Frame team were absolutely fantastic and such a pleasure to work with for our wedding at Liberty House! Kaipo and the team were so nice, personable and warm and made us feel so comfortable the entire day. They arrived early and even stayed a bit late just to make sure they captured everything on film. Kaipo has the best ideas and is so creative when it comes to capturing special moments and getting unique angles, scenery, details and moments on film. They even made an AMAZING instagram highlight video just a day after our wedding! Their work is so unique, special, creative, beautiful and classic. Kaipo was also so wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process and worked so well with our other vendors to make sure everything was taken care of. I recommend Kaipo and the 15 Minutes of Frame team SO SO highly!!!!

  Filmed video like ninjas, and edited like perfectionists

  Kaipo, Mariana, and the team at 15 Minutes of Frame were wonderful! My husband and I were initially skeptical of having a videographer for fear that the crew would be intrusive and in our faces at the wedding. After some pleasant conversations, I was persuaded otherwise and am so glad I made the decision to capture my wedding on video.
  
  Not only do I have all these live, videotaped memories, but the team was so stealth while filming, we hardly knew they were there. In fact, after the wedding my mom asked if they had filmed us getting ready (which was at my apartment). The answer was yes (of course!), but she didn't even notice them in our own home! After filming, Kaipo answered my many questions around editing options. He was patient and honest as I assessed what were the best options for me. The final product was just what we wanted, and will be something we can continue to watch over the years. 15 Minutes of Frame turned this initially skeptical videographer customer around completely, and I could not recommend them more highly!

  For our wedding, we wanted lasting memories of the experience. But what we received from Kaipo and the team at 15 Minutes of Frame was so much more. We had interviewed other potential partners for our wedding experience along with 100’s of videos. They all followed a similar story telling flow of the day. Then we came across Kaipo’s work. It was fresh and it was different. What set it apart for us was the back story, or "b roll" of how we met and why we chose the venue. Kaipo understood our attention to detail and desire to personalize. He set up an additional shoot so we could tell him our story, how we met and why we chose the Central Park Boathouse. He also captured the spirit and essence of the entire day. The featurette he edited was wonderful and everything we were hoping it would be.
  
  He took the time, made plans and covered all our needs. Costs were clear as were the options for added footage or chapters. We were so very happy to have 15 minutes of Frame cover our wedding. It made the memory of the day even more meaningful. Do place his team on your short list. You will not be disappointed.

  We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with 15 Minutes of Frame for our wedding! We really wanted video footage of our day, but really did NOT want the feeling of paparazzi or crazy lights on the dance floor interrupting the flow of the evening, and Kaipo and his team struck this balance perfectly. Kaipo was attentive, timely, and diligent about what we wanted from the moment we first met with him, and he and his associate were nearly invisible as they caught all the important moments throughout the night. When we got our video edits, we were beyond thrilled, and cried A LOT :) It was clear how much thought they had put into everything, including the song choices. We will treasure these videos forever!

  We had the absolute pleasure of using Kaipo and his team at 15 Minutes of Frame as our wedding videographer on June 24th, 2017. Kaipo was extremely lovely, detailed and responsive throughout the entire process. He was always readily accessible to answer questions and give us further information. On the wedding day Julie and Mariana were our videographers. They were kind and polite and really took some wonderful, creative shots. After the wedding, Kaipo was very helpful in giving us information to aid in deciding on our video purchases. Even when we had some specific requests for the Feature Film, Kaipo was extremely kind and accommodating. We could not be happier with the outcome or recommend 15 Minutes of Frame highly enough!

We barely noticed they were there on the wedding day, which is exactly what we wanted, and we just saw our finished product - a 22 minute feature film - and are blown away! The video is so special and so sincere and not cheesy at all which was so important to us! It captures every emotion and every moment we want to see from our wedding. We literally can't stop smiling and crying while watching it. I don't know how they do it but they are SO talented and I can't recommend them highly enough!! Artistic genius is the only way to describe it. You need to hire 15 minutes of frame for your wedding!

  15 Minutes of Frame is amazing! They were recommended to us by our photographer, and upon watching some of Kaipo's films, we knew we had to meet him. Our meeting with him made us feel so comfortable and we described what we wanted out of our film (which was to not feel like we were being filmed at all!) On the actual wedding day, Kaipo and his team make you feel so comfortable and you don't even notice you are being filmed. Plus, their style is unlike any of the overly dramatic and cheesy wedding films you sometimes see. They are there to capture the day as it unfolds and are pros at capturing the small moments. We ordered the highlight, the full feature, and all the raw footage. Even their raw footage is fantastic!! We couldn't be happier. Thank you, Kaipo!!!

  Kaipo and his team were great!!! We heard about them through our friends who had used them for their wedding -- we knew from watching their wedding video that 15 Minutes of Frame knew how to capture the essence of a wedding perfectly. I was worried about being filmed during the day of the wedding, but they were so friendly and easy to work with, I forgot about feeling self-conscious. Some of our guests didn't even realize there were videographers! We ordered the highlights film and absolutely love watching it -- I also liked that we could order the videos a la carte after the wedding. It definitely helped with the wedding expenses. Thank you Kaipo!!

  I'll admit that I was skeptical when our daughter asked for a videographer for her September 2015 wedding. Too many memories of intrusive camera people with bright lights shining in your eyes, asking for quickie best wishes for "the happy couple" or the bar/bat mitzvah child, etc. But she convinced us, with a look at the wedding highlight video of a dear friend, produced by 15 Minutes of Frame, that times had indeed changed. I cannot express just how thrilled we are at the entire experience of working with 15 Minutes of Frame and specifically with owner and lead videographer Kaipo Schwab. Communication both pre and post wedding was prompt, personal and professional. He and his second videographer/assistant were an absolute pleasure on the day of the wedding: there when you needed them to be, virtually invisible while shooting. Looking at the resultant videos, I am in awe at how they got the footage they did without being the least bit intrusive. And those resultant videos? We ended up ordering almost everything available to us and are beyond thrilled with not just the quality and breadth of the video capture, but the sensitive and meaningful editing of the events of our special day. Videography is not inexpensive but after doing our due diligence, we found 15 Minutes of Frame to be very competitive, even on the lower side of prices that were quoted to us. And after seeing the results, we feel as though we got even more than our money's worth. You pay one set price upfront for the "day of" filming and then afterwards you have several choices of what finished "products" you wish to purchase, from raw footage through highly skilled, long or short form, edited, documentary style films. I can't imagine how anyone could go wrong working with this vendor. We are huge fans and so very grateful for the memories he has helped create for our family. Thank you Kaipo!

  We are so happy to have Kaipo be our videographer for our big day. We live in Chicago, but the wedding is in New York. After speaking with several vendors, we decided to go with Kaipo and I am so glad we did. I scheduled the wedding date based on his availability, to ensure that he can work on our film.
  He is very professional and so easy to work with. He showed up early on the wedding day with his team, well prepared and ready to go. During the ceremony and reception, I barely noticed him. He was able to capture all the important moments and the video turned out perfect. We love the short film as well as the long film he made for us. I would recommend Kaipo to any bride.

  HOLY PERFECTION!!! Kaipo and his staff are pure geniuses with the most attuned eye for capturing the greatest of moments - even one's that are so small and seemingly insignificant at first glance. We have watched our video too many times to count. The songs are perfection and after we watched it several times, the lyrics actually matched up to several of the actions in the video -- genius!

  HOLY PERFECTION!!! Kaipo and his staff are pure geniuses with the most attuned eye for capturing the greatest of moments - even one's that are so small and seemingly insignificant at first glance. We have watched our video too many times to count. The songs are perfection and after we watched it several times, the lyrics actually matched up to several of the actions in the video -- genius!

  Kaipo made us feel comfortable from Day One and was very helpful in explaining the packages and how the day would go. His research was very thorough in order to capture the best moments of our day.   Not just any wedding video, He makes wedding movies. Once you see your video you automatically feel as If you were casted to star in a Hollywood film. He is amazing. The video quality, editing and music choice is superb and above all others. Trust me he is in NYC and my husband and I in Miami. For me to go through this much distance I am telling you he is the best.

  Kaipo is a true artistic genius and consummate professional! Although a wedding video is an expense that we briefly debated, we ultimately decided that it was an investment that was not only important for us to chronicle all the little details and emotions, but also for us to be able to share the events of the day with our friends and family who could not attend the wedding.
  
  From the beginning Kaipo was very responsive to emails and we often received a response within minutes of the email being sent. My now husband and I first met Kaipo at his studio on the Upper East Side to discuss his services and what we were looking for. He was so comfortable to speak with and he took the time to get to know us. He sent us samples of some of his past work and we loved his vision. One of the sample videos literally had me crying like a little baby because it was so romantically shot. You truly felt the love the couple shared. Upon seeing the sample videos we knew we had to go with Kaipo.
  
  On our wedding day in October Kaipo and Mari followed us all day. They worked seamlessly with our photographer and other vendors. They really were like ninjas who were able to capture endearing moments without us realizing they were there. So far we have seen the highlight video that is about 4 minutes long and we are thoroughly impressed. Our day consisted of two Chinese tea ceremonies, an outdoor ceremony in misty rain, a traditional reception and the night ended with sparklers on the back porch and everything was captured beautifully. Kaipo also takes great pride in his song selections for the videos and the song he picked for us was spot on! Our full length feature should be ready soon and we could not be more excited.

  My husband and I cannot stop watching the beautiful highlights video that Kaipo and his team put together for us! During the wedding planning process, my husband (fiance, at the time) and I went back-and-forth about whether it was worth getting a videographer. When we saw Kaipo create an amazing highlights video for my good friend's wedding, we decided that 15 Minutes of Frame was worth looking into. Meeting Kaipo completely put us at ease. He has a passion for what he does and understood the relationship that my husband and I share and the vibe of the wedding we wanted to create. During our wedding day, he and his team were video ninjas, unobtrusively gliding in and out. We hardly knew they were there.
  
  Just as the other reviewers have mentioned, we received our highlights video less than a month after the wedding. And a few weeks later, we got the raw footage in an elegantly packaged USB flash drive in the mail. We are thrilled with the video, the music and the quality of the film. If you are going back-and-forth trying to decide on video, my recommendation is to do it. I'm glad this is a regret I skipped out on - instead, I have some beautiful footage on hand to relive again and again.

  Their work is absolutely brilliant plain & simple. They are reasonable as far as price & they will customize your package to your needs, which is so important as some Companies out there do not.
  
  Kaipo was such a pleasure to work with & so much that I honestly didn't even know how he captured some of the shots he did because I never once realized he was in the room with us. Now that's what you want. He was like this amazing shadow following you around capturing incredible shots & not making you feel like he's in your face. Wonderful experience as a Bride.

  When the day of the wedding came, Kaipo and his team were wonderful and... absent? We hardly saw them the entire wedding. I can actually only remember seeing them a handful of times - which is awesome! They are not at all intrusive and it's not just a figure of speech, we actually didn't even know they were there. They captured so many incredible moments: intimate, sweet, funny, romantic. That's part of the reason we were so thrilled with the highlight video - we didn't know how they got all of that footage because we hardly saw anyone from 15 Minutes of Frame! But when we did, Kaipo and his team were kind, sweet, happy and comforting. We loved having them there - perfect, unbeatable energy.

We initially decided to meet with 15 Minutes of Frame because I (the bride) cried at every highlight reel on the website, and I didn't even know the people in them! No other videographer's videos had the same effect on me. When we first met with Kaipo, we LOVED him. He was extremely knowledgeable (my best friend is a videographer and sent me in with a list of detailed tech questions and Kaipo had PERFECT answers) and had a very warm personality. He sat with us for over an hour answering all of our questions and showing us sample videos. Between our meeting and the wedding, Kaipo was always extremely responsive. Kaipo and his team captured every moment of the wedding perfectly. A few weeks after the wedding we received our Facebook-friendly 2-minute highlight reel -- it was so wonderful, we would have been happy with just that. But of course, the 30-minute "feature film" (it really is like a movie) is truly a work of art and 100% captures who we are as a couple and the feelings and emotions of our wedding. We also received fully edited tracks of our ceremony and the speeches, as well as all of the raw footage. We highly recommend 15 Minutes of Frame and Kaipo Schwab.

  We can not recommend Kaipo and his staff enough. They were extremely professional half of the time you didn't even know they were there but when they had to discuss something with us they always knew the right time to ask. Do not hesitate to book them.
