  We reserved a Rolls Royce and a Stretch Lincoln. The Rolls Royce was perfect for us! They were on time, and I found their prices very reasonable after doing some shopping. Our driver Carmen was excellent!

  Friendly, punctuate service. Very professional staff from scheduler to driver, all were very accommodating as our wedding party was late at arrival. The stretch was top notch, great cool and comfortable ride. They provided cold drinks which was perfect since it was a scorcher kind of day. They driver waited patiently as we stopped at various locations for picture taking and was there at the end of the night to whisk us away to the airport. Very reasonably priced compared to other agencies and everyone loved our ride! Would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a hassle free ride in style.

  This company was referred to me by my brother and I see exactly why! Our drivers were on time and very professional. I was so impressed im writing this review and believe me I don't usually write reviews, unless I'm impressed. I Would definetly recommend them for your special day.

  I was very pleased with our service overall. Our driver, Stephen, was there 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pick up time and rolled out the red carpet, which I wasn't even expecting. That was a nice touch! First Class definitely helped my wedding day go smooth! We got the Stretch Chrysler 300 and was very roomy for me and my 6 bridesmaids.

  1st Class Limousine has a nice array of vehicles in its fleet. Ours was clean and made us feel it was worth the money we paid. The driver was very courteous and willing to take us anywhere we wanted for the night. My husband’s worry was it would be dirty and have ripped upholstery, but the entire car was spotless. We felt like a king and queen arriving and exiting our wedding. The ride was smooth, and we were pleased with the services provided.

  Rude and unreliable!

  There is nothing positive I can say about this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was very eager and “accommodating” when taking the booking for my daughter’s wedding, but when COVID hit and I needed to make changes, he wouldn’t respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I had no option but to seek help from John, a very rude and obnoxious man who answers the phones. Let’s just say, John desperately needs customer service and anger management lessons.

  I booked our hummer for the wedding almost a year in advance since we were getting around prom season i wanted to make sure we were set. First problem i experience was the lack of communication, i first got quoted one price and after i put down a deposit i get billed fireboat $400 more. Next it took months of me emailing and calling them to get a respond. Day of the wedding i did not get the limo on the picture, the inside ceiling was cracked and the radio DID NOT WORK!!! The driver said it worked in the morning but when the guys got in and they tried fixing it they said the radio in the back wasn't even hooked up and it did not work the whole time. I've never written a bad review but i don't want another couple have to deal with this. I couldn't believe that i spend this much money for such bad service!

  Do NOT use this company! I had a 26 passenger limo party bus reserved for a corporate event, confirmed with a reservation confirmation. I called to confirm on the date of the event 5 hours before pickup to learn that the vehicle was "in the shop" and all he said was, "Sorry, there is nothing I can do".
  
  He made no effort to call around and subcontract it out or refer me to someone with an available rental for us. I demanded that he find me a replacement, he did nothing. I got a text an hour later stating he could find nothing. I frantically called around and found viable options for 20 people, we were an hour late to the event that I was hosting and we were cramped in a much smaller vehicle.
  
  This company made NO EFFORT at all to help us and had I not called myself to confirm, we would have waiting around at 5pm with no Limo arriving. All of the places I called said they never got a call from him to help us and most told me that it is not a reputable place at all and they hear complaints often.

  The most unprofessional, poorly managed, poorly operated, & sneaky company that I have every dealt w/. My husband & I cannot possibly stress how awful our experience was w/ 1st Class.  In short, they left a black mark on our wedding day - I had to ride w/ a neighbor to my own wedding because they sent a convertible car w/o air-conditioning to pick me up. For a NJ wedding in July this is simply not an option. It is critical to note that the car they sent was not the car that they agreed to send & they have done nothing to rectify the situation since the wedding. 
  
  July 18th the morning of my wedding a RR pulls up, but it’s not the one I reserved months prior.  My dad checked it out to see if it was a car I could get in & not ruin my makeup & hair.  It was unacceptable!
  
  1) The car was filthy; it had not been washed interior or exterior - the white rimmed tires were covered in soot
  2) the interior was dirty & ripped
  3) There was no red carpet
  4) THE CAR HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING & it's July at 80+ degrees out at 12:20pm 
  
  Then they offered a $200 discount & the driver can take the top down... every bride dreams of arrived to her wedding looking like a sweaty ball of frizz w/ running makeup.  We had to tell the driver to leave & 1st class didn't care to try to actually fix the problem by sending another car I could get in.  I was only able to get to my wedding because a neighbor saved the day & drove my father & I to the church & then after the wedding my husband & I to the reception.  
  
  We've since argued w/ the company multiple times. They did not reimburse us & we paid for a RR that we did not & could not use & did not order. We also had a stretch hummer than showed up dirty and with air conditioning that did not function properly such that my bridal party showed up like melting popsicles.
