  We rented from 24/7 Events for our wedding and loved all the items. Our venue only provided some of the tables and enough chairs for dinner, so we rented everything else from 24/7 from the linens to each and every glass, plates, forks, and all our cocktail furniture. We also rented heat lamps for the outdoor patio and so glad that we did. We changed our rental order a ton of times leading up to the wedding and they were so gracious about updating it each time.

  We rented from 24/7 Events for our wedding and loved all the items.   We used 24/7 Events for our wedding in Long Beach on 7/15/2016, and they were great! Everything we rented arrived timely and exactly as promised. Their prices were very reasonable, especially given the quality. Jennifer and her team were very easy to communicate and work with. They even visited our venue during a design meeting to make sure all the rental needs were met appropriately.
  
  We even requested a last minute change to the color of some of the table cloths, which Jennifer was able to accommodate.
  
  I highly recommend their company to anyone needing event rentals in southern California.

  They can help you with your vision of so many things and show you ideas and colors that will work. Also come up with ideas you didn't think of yet. They help in every way and execute it perfectly, and brides don't have to stress about how each piece will turn out. They understand how stressful weddings can be and help make it easier and keep in contact and always making sure you are happy! Excellent customer service! You won't be disappointed! They go above and beyond to execute your dream wedding come true!

  24/7 events have been very helpful and flexible with our wedding planning! I have had to change our order a few times, and they haven't had any issues. They are also able to drop off and pick up on our schedule, which is a tremendous help! We can't wait for our wedding day and are very thankful to have all our reception needs fulfilled in one spot!

  No words can describe how important a-1 was to our wedding. The tent, lighting, dance floor, tables, chairs, bar, plates/silverware,electrical, (the list could go on forever) and knowledge of the venue was truly imperative to how beautiful our wedding was! Robbie, Jennifer, and the rest of their staff are truly the best! Thank you!

  We hired A-1 to light our venue with string lighting and chandeliers. Rob did an amazing job, everything was picture perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better company to light the mansion for our daughter's wedding. Thoroughly pleased!

  Working with Jennifer Ortiz and A-1 Event Rentals was amazing! They listen well, make experienced recommendations, offer insight and excellent service. The equipment is high quality, in excellent condition and the pricing is competitive. They held my hand through the whole process and made my experience as a bride very comforting. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

  Mario from A-1 was extremely helpful and flexible. We rented chivari chairs at a great price. A few weeks before the wedding I had another vendor change the rental agreement for linens and was demanding a large deposit that was never mentioned when we initially signed with him (BB Designs). We spoke with Mario (A-1) and he was able to provide the linens at an even lower price than BB Designs. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service at great prices and no hassles,disappointments or having to deal with horrible vendors while planning their wedding.

  We used A-1 Event Rentals for our wedding. Overall we were happy with their service even though there were a few minor problems. First off the company was very easy to work with, they responded to all of our emails and phone calls in a timely manner and were easy and friendly to communicate with. (I do wish average prices were listed on their website though.) We also liked that since our event was on a Saturday they were fine with dropping off the rentals Friday and picking them up Monday with no extra charge. I was also very impressed with how their linens were pressed, there was only one crease down the center and no other wrinkles. It was very important to me to have non-wrinkled table clothes! The only downsides was that the napkins provided were frayed on the ends and didn't look that nice when folded, so instead we had to stick them in the cups. Another negative was that the chairs we ordered were white and when stacked it was clear they were very dirty, there were smudges and even hand prints on them, some of what did not come off. Lastly, the delivery to the venue was five hours late. (Confirmed at 11am, arrived at 4pm.) This contributed to a huge mix up at the venue because another delivery for a Friday night event arrived at the same time and staff didn't know what delivery was what (which was really the venue's fault, not A-1). So again overall I would recommend the company due to their friendly nature, general affordability and variety of products.

  I'm sorry to say this is only review I will be writing for our wedding with a poor reflection. 24/7 Events did provide the services we asked for in the end, but communication was a serious struggle. I called them because they seemed to be the only people who provided the rentals I needed for my location, which was a bit isolated. We rented only two items from them, lights and trashcans. During the order process the continued to push me to rent other items I didn't want or need and even after I said no several times they put them on the invoice which they emailed me later. When they delivered the items I rented they were short three out of five trashcans. I can only assume they have good relationships with other vendors who have their game in order and keep 24/7 in check. I could go on, but why... Rentals should be the easiest vendor to deal with and it was for some reason the most difficult.
